Returns & Exchanges

Please contact us before attempting a return or exchange. We can easily be reached at

All returns must be sent back to us within  7 days of receiving your item(s). Once we receive your items, we will begin processing the return for store credit. You will receive store credit to your account within 10 days of us receiving your item(s). Buyer is responsible for the shipping fee to send the item back.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Non-returnable items are listed below:

- Food,  gift cards, swimwear & lingerie, bodysuits, doorbusters, mystery items, marked down items, any items used with a coupon code, items won in a giveaway, jewelry, makeup, clearance items, pre orders, bogo items, and items bought when cash back is activated. 

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email that a credit has been added to your account. 

Exchanges (if applicable)
If you need to exchange an item, we can do so as long as it is not an item from the non-returnable list. Buyer is responsible for shipping costs for returning the item to us and purchasing the new item.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a store credit the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your credit.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
