Here at Mademli we truly hope you love everything you receive from us!
But we know sometimes things just don’t work out. So we have an extremely easy returns process incase there is ever something you’d like to send back!
You will read and fill out your "Hey Babe!" card that is inside of every package and pop it back in your returned order for us to easily process your return! Please reach out to us if you have any questions about your return being eligible with your order number.
Item(s) must be unworn, unwashed, tags attached and free of any pet hair/perfume/smoke, etc.
All returns must be sent back to us within 7 days of receiving your item(s). Once we receive your items, we will begin processing the return for store credit. Returns can take up to 10 business days to process after we have received them. Buyer is responsible for the shipping fee to send the item back.
*All jewelry, makeup, hair items, hats, bodysuits, food, gift cards, swimwear & lingerie, are final sale. Also any and all items that are listed as final sale, cash back items, bogo, mystery items, on sale, Graphic Tees, food items, daily deal listed items, DOORBUSTERS, preorders, orders where cashback is gifted or any item that has a Discount Code used- is FINAL SALE and not eligible for return.
We can't exchange sizing, however you can go on and order a different size once we refund you and process your return OR you can grab the different size you need and send back the other jeans and we will refund once received, as we cannot guarantee your size will still be available when your return is processed. It is totally up to you! <3

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email that a credit has been added to your account. This can take up to 10 business days to process after receiving however we are much faster and process returns every Friday.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
